Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may not be processed until the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Free on orders over $75; $7.95 flat rate on orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $19.95
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages Wood&Violet Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage.
