Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to start a return:

  • Send your request through our 'Contact Us' page or email woodvioletsheboygan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Store Credit Option:
We are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns!

  • Returns requested within 15 days of delivery may be issued as store credit rather than a refund
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email to use on any future purchase
  • Digital gift cards are processed within 1–2 business days 
    (faster than a standard refund!)

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right
